Welcome to U V Foundations's "KuralinKural" - the Learning Management System (LMS). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our LMS platform. By accessing or using our LMS, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • In no event shall U V Foundation or its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our LMS.

9. Governing Law:

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our LMS after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
